Internal Regulation & FAQ's

1. Access and Booking

• Access to the area is allowed only with a confirmed reservation from the host.
• Check-in: From 12:00 PM (noon).
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Guests must provide their estimated arrival time in advance and present a valid ID upon arrival.
• Access is subject to signing a liability waiver and acknowledging these regulations.

2. Available Facilities

• Electricity: One connection point (limited use, subject to availability).
• Water: Drinking water points located within the area.
• Restrooms: Shared bathroom available inside the main house.
• Showers: Not available.
• Waste Disposal: There are no facilities for grey or black water disposal. It is the guest’s responsibility to dispose of waste at authorized camper service areas (e.g., Cividale del Friuli).

3. Code of Conduct

• Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept under the owner’s supervision.
• Waste Management: Littering is strictly prohibited. Guests must use the designated recycling bins located at the marked point.
• Fire Safety: Open fires, barbecues, grills, or camp stoves are strictly prohibited.

4. Safety and Security

• Surveillance: Video surveillance is active around the main house area.
• Please drive with extreme caution within the property.
• The use of the electrical connection must comply with safety standards and the host’s instructions.

5. Guest Registration

• All guests must be registered and identified via a valid ID.
• Data will be transmitted to the State Police via the “Alloggiati Web” portal, in compliance with Art. 109 of T.U.L.P.S. (Italian Law).
